Ingredients
- Brownie Mix (enough to make an 8×8 tray)
- Instant Vanilla Pudding
- Cool Whip
- Green Food Coloring
- Mint Oreos (crushed)
Instructions
- Cook the brownies according to the package instructions. Let them cool completely.
- Prepare the vanilla pudding as directed on the package. Add green food coloring to achieve your desired shade of green.
- Crush the mint Oreos by placing them in a Ziploc bag and smashing them.
- In a trifle dish or serving bowl, layer cut-up brownie pieces, vanilla pudding, Cool Whip, and crushed Oreos. Repeat the layers until the dish is filled.
- Chill the trifle in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours until ready to serve.
Notes
- You can make this trifle a day ahead of time and refrigerate it.
