Ingredients
- 16 oz spaghetti
- ¼ cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

- 12 oz cherry tomatoes (red and yellow, halved)
- 2 medium cucumbers (sliced)

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta – Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Make the Dressing – In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
