Ingredients
For the corned beef:
- 1 pint Guinness soda
 - 3 cups water
 - ¼ cup brown sugar
 - 1 large onion, peeled and sliced into thick rounds
 - 3 lb. corned beef brisket with spice packet
 
For the sliders:
- 12 oz organic coleslaw blend or shredded cabbage
 - 12 slider rolls (gluten-free or regular)
 - Whole grain mustard or horseradish (optional)
 
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Slow Cooker:
- In a slow cooker, combine Guinness, water, brown sugar, and onion.
 
2️⃣ Cook the Corned Beef:
- Add the corned beef along with its spice packet.
 - Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours until tender.
 
3️⃣ Rest and Slice:
- Remove the corned beef and let it rest before slicing thinly.
 
4️⃣ Assemble the Sliders:
- Place corned beef slices on slider buns.
