Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with this festive and easy-to-make St. Patrick's Day Brownie Trifle. Rich chocolatey brownies, creamy vanilla pudding, Cool Whip, and crushed mint Oreos come together in a vibrant green and brown layered dessert. A fun twist for your holiday celebrations!

Ingredients

  • Brownie Mix (enough to make an 8×8 tray)
  • Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • Cool Whip
  • Green Food Coloring
  • Mint Oreos (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Cook the brownies according to the package instructions. Let them cool completely.
  2. Prepare the vanilla pudding as directed on the package. Add green food coloring to achieve your desired shade of green.
  3. Crush the mint Oreos by placing them in a Ziploc bag and smashing them.
  4. In a trifle dish or serving bowl, layer cut-up brownie pieces, vanilla pudding, Cool Whip, and crushed Oreos. Repeat the layers until the dish is filled.
  5. Chill the trifle in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours until ready to serve.

Notes

  • You can make this trifle a day ahead of time and refrigerate it.
  • If you don’t have green food coloring, consider using pistachio pudding instead of vanilla.
  • For a homemade twist, make your own whipped cream instead of using Cool Whip.
