Quick Chocolate Fudge is a rich, creamy dessert made with pantry staples and ready in just 5 minutes. It's perfect for last-minute treats, edible gifts, or a quick chocolate fix.

Ingredients

1 and 2/3 cups sugar

2/3 cup evaporated milk

4 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

6 ounces dark chocolate chips (or cooking chocolate)

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or hazelnuts, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt. Place over medium heat and stir constantly until it begins to boil.
  2. Once boiling, continue stirring for about 5 minutes to slightly thicken the mixture.
  3. Remove from heat and add the chocolate, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Add marshmallows, vanilla extract, and nuts (if using). Stir until melted and well combined.
  5. Pour into a lightly greased or parchment-lined 20×20 cm square pan. Smooth the top and let cool to room temperature.
  6. Once firm and cool, cut into squares and serve.
