Ingredients
- 1 box of any flavor cake mix (chocolate, red velvet, lemon, etc.)
- 1 - 8 ounce Cool Whip
- 1 egg
- Powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough into powdered sugar, rolling each ball until it’s coated.
- Place the coated dough balls onto a cookie sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cookies are set and lightly golden on the edges.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
