- 2 tbsp butter
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast, making sure not to cut all the way through.
