Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray your muffin pans generously with non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, adding one extra egg for extra gooeyness.
- Spoon the brownie batter into the muffin pan, filling each cup about ⅔ of the way.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center. It should come out slightly moist but not wet.
