A decadent combination of tender steak bites and creamy, cheesy tortellini, all brought together by a luscious garlic butter and Parmesan Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

lbs steak bites

3 tbsp butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini

2 tbsp butter

2 cups heavy cream

1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the steak bites and sear for 2–3 minutes per side, or until they’re nicely browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet (wipe clean if needed), melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan and cook until the sauce slightly thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss the cooked tortellini in the Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Plate the creamy tortellini and top with the steak bites. Spoon any remaining garlic butter from the pan over the steak for extra richness.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat by warming the dish in a skillet with a splash of cream or milk to loosen the sauce, or microwave in short intervals, stirring occasionally.
  • Vegetarian Option: Skip the steak and add grilled vegetables like zucchini, bell peppers, or mushrooms.
  • For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the Alfredo sauce.
  • For extra freshness, sprinkle fresh herbs like basil or parsley on top.
