Ingredients

4 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup sour cream

1 (6 oz) package stuffing mix

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, celery, onion, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the stuffing mix until evenly combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. If using, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and golden brown on top.
