This irresistible Brownie Batter Dip is a chocolate lover's dream, combining the rich, fudgy goodness of brownie batter with a creamy dip perfect for parties and snacks.

Ingredients

16 to 18 ounces brownie mix (1 box)

3.4 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix (1 box)

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

8 ounces whipped topping, thawed

6 to 8 tablespoons milk (whole milk works best, but any milk will do)

Instructions

  1. Transfer the brownie mix to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it in the microwave in 30-second intervals on high heat, whisking in between each interval. Continue until the mix reaches 165°F (about 2 minutes). Let the brownie mix cool completely before moving on to the next step.
  2. Whisk the instant chocolate pudding mix into the cooled brownie mix.
  3. In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the whipped topping to the cream cheese and continue beating until fully combined.
  5. Gradually add the brownie and pudding mixture to the cream cheese and whipped topping, beating until the mixture is smooth and no streaks remain.
  6. Slowly add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the dip reaches your desired consistency.
  7. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with mini chocolate chips. Serve with your favorite dippers and enjoy!

Notes

  • This dip is best served chilled. If it thickens in the fridge, add a little more milk to return to your desired consistency.
  • If you don't have a microwave, you can heat the brownie mix in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler on the stovetop until it reaches 165°F.
  • For a dairy-free version, substitute the whipped topping and cream cheese with dairy-free alternatives.
