Ingredients

For the Fish:

  • 4 fillets of white fish (cod, tilapia, haddock, or similar)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Lemon Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice and zest of 2 lemons
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Fish:

  • Pat fish fillets dry and coat them with olive oil.
  • Season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

2️⃣ Cook the Fish:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and flaky. Remove from the pan.

3️⃣ Make the Lemon Butter Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and add olive oil.
  • Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  • Stir in lemon juice, zest, parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

4️⃣ Serve:

  • Pour the sauce over the fish fillets.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
