Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup vegan mozzarella cheese (optional for extra cheesy flavor)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, vegan cream cheese, vegan mayonnaise, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
