Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip or homemade)
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box strawberry-flavored instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk (for pudding mix)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • ½ cup chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heart-shaped candies (optional, for extra Valentine’s Day charm)

Instructions

  • Make the Strawberry Pudding – In a large bowl, whisk the strawberry pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes, until thickened. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Fold in the Goodies – Gently fold in the whipped topping until fluffy. Stir in the marshmallows, diced strawberries, and chocolate chunks.
