Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
Place the softened butter in a medium bowl or the bowl of your stand mixer.
Add the honey, powdered sugar, and sea salt to the bowl.
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the ingredients on medium speed until smooth and fully incorporated.
Taste the honey butter and adjust sweetness or saltiness as desired by adding more honey or salt.
Serve immediately, or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
