Ingredients

For the Vanilla Cream Layer:

1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream

¼ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup cream cheese, softened

For the Strawberry Layer:

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

For the Garnish:

Fresh strawberries

White chocolate shavings

Mint leaves

Instructions

  • Prepare the Strawberry Layer:
    In a saucepan over medium heat, combine strawberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Cook for 5-7 minutes until strawberries release their juices. If desired, dissolve cornstarch in water and add to the mixture. Simmer for 2 more minutes, then remove from heat and cool completely.

  • Make the Vanilla Cream Layer:
    Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Add heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, then whip until stiff peaks form.

  • Assemble the Dessert:
    In serving glasses, layer the strawberry mixture and vanilla cream alternately. Repeat until the glasses are filled.

  • Garnish & Serve:
    Top with fresh strawberries, white chocolate shavings, and mint leaves. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
