Strawberry Dole Whip is a creamy, refreshing frozen dessert made with real strawberries and coconut milk. It's quick, healthy, and perfect for a summer treat or a guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

3 cups frozen strawberries

1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine frozen strawberries, coconut milk, lemon juice, and honey (if using) in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and add more honey or maple syrup if desired. Blend again to combine.
  4. For a firmer texture, transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for 30–60 minutes.
  5. Scoop into bowls or cones and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use maple syrup for a vegan version.
  • Freeze longer (1–2 hours) for a scoopable consistency.
  • Customize with other fruits like mango or mixed berries.
  • Thaw slightly before serving if stored in the freezer.
  • Top with shredded coconut, honey, or mini chocolate chips for added flavor.
