Ingredients

For the Cinnamon Sugar Chips:

6 small flour tortillas

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

For the Cheesecake Dip:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

For the Strawberry Topping:

1 cup fresh or canned strawberry pie filling

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Make the Cinnamon Sugar Chips: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the tortillas into triangles and brush both sides with melted butter. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over them and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.

  • Prepare the Cheesecake Dip: Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture. Chill for 15-30 minutes.

  • Make the Strawberry Topping: If using fresh strawberries, cook them with sugar and vanilla to create a filling. If using canned pie filling, enhance with vanilla extract.

  • Assemble the Box: Arrange the cinnamon sugar chips in one section, cheesecake dip in another, and spoon the strawberry topping into a third. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Fruit Swaps: Try blueberries, peaches, or mixed berries instead of strawberries for a different flavor.

  • Cheesecake Dip Variations: Add lemon zest, chocolate chips, or maple syrup for flavor twists.

  • Chip Alternatives: Use graham crackers, waffle cones, or pretzels as an alternative to tortillas.
