Ingredients

1 banana, ripe

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla, plain, berry, coconut, etc.)

1 ½ cups frozen strawberries (add 1 cup of ice if using fresh strawberries)

1 cup apple juice, orange juice, or milk of your choice

Instructions

  1. Cut the banana into large chunks and place in the blender.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt on top of the banana.
  3. Add the frozen strawberries and your choice of juice or milk.
  4. Blend everything together for about 2 minutes, or until smooth.
