These easy-to-make treats are perfect for parties, classroom treats, and family gatherings. Fun to make and delicious to eat, these pops are sure to bring joy to both kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 24 regular-sized marshmallows
  • 1 cup Ghirardelli Chocolate Melting Wafers or chocolate chips
  • 25 white Wilton Candy Melts
  • 35 green Wilton Candy Melts
  • 8 Wilton lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marshmallows: Select marshmallows of similar size and skewer three onto each lollipop stick, pressing the third marshmallow halfway down to prevent the stick from protruding through the top.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: Place the chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Dip the Marshmallows: Roll each marshmallow stack in the melted chocolate, ensuring all sides are covered. Tap gently to remove excess chocolate and place on parchment paper to set.
  4. Decorate with Candy Melts: While the chocolate sets, melt the white and green candy melts in separate microwave-safe bags. Once melted, cut a small tip off each bag and drizzle the candy melts over the chocolate-dipped marshmallows, alternating colors for a festive look.
  5. Allow to Harden: Let the decorated marshmallow pops sit at room temperature until the candy melts harden completely, about 15-20 minutes.

Notes

  • Storage: Keep the marshmallow pops in an airtight container at room temperature. They will remain fresh for up to one week.
  • Customization: Feel free to change the colors of the candy melts to suit different holidays or occasions. You can also add sprinkles or chopped nuts for extra texture.
  • Tip: Reheat the chocolate as needed to maintain a smooth, dipping consistency.
