Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef

1/2 yellow onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

8 oz egg noodles

1 cup sour cream

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until onion softens (about 5 minutes).

  • Stir in tomato sauce and Italian seasoning, simmer for 10 minutes.

  • Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
