Baby creamer potatoes

Smoked sausage (such as andouille, kielbasa)

Onion

Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

  • In a large bowl, toss the halved baby creamer potatoes with olive oil until well coated.
