Ingredients

2 medium zucchinis, sliced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced zucchini and mushrooms to the skillet. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
