6 chicken drumsticks

½ teaspoon dried thyme

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

½ cup all-purpose flour

½ cup cornmeal

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt (for coating)

½ teaspoon black pepper (for coating)

Instructions
