Ingredients

For the Peanut Butter Layer:

  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

For the Chocolate Topping:

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Stir until smooth and well-combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and glossy.
  • Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate topping has fully set.
  • Once chilled, lift the bars from the dish using the parchment paper and slice into squares to serve.

Notes

  • For a sweet-and-salty twist, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top before refrigerating.
  • You can swap semi-sweet chocolate chips for dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
  • Add crushed peanuts or other nuts for an extra crunch.
