This indulgent martini combines the tartness of raspberries with the creamy sweetness of white chocolate, creating a luxurious, dessert-like drink. Perfect for special occasions or cozy nights, this cocktail offers a smooth and frothy texture with just the right amount of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz raspberry liqueur (e.g., Chambord)
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur (e.g., Godiva)
  • 1 oz soda
  • 1 oz heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • Ice
  • Optional: fresh raspberries, white chocolate shavings, white chocolate syrup or sugar for rimming

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glass: Chill the martini glass for 5-10 minutes. Optionally, rim with white chocolate syrup and sugar or white chocolate shavings.
  2. Mix the Drink: In a shaker, combine the raspberry liqueur, white chocolate liqueur, soda, and heavy cream with ice. Shake well for 15-20 seconds.
