Quick frozen Greek yogurt blueberry bites are a healthy, refreshing treat made with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, and a touch of sweetness from honey or maple syrup. Perfect for a cool snack!

Ingredients

1 cup Greek-style plain whole milk yogurt or coconut yogurt

3-4 tablespoons grassfed collagen

2 tablespoons raw honey or pure maple syrup

1 to 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt with collagen powder and honey. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
  2. Gently fold in fresh blueberries, ensuring they are all evenly coated with the yogurt mixture.
  3. Using a spoon or your hands, scoop out the yogurt-covered blueberries and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silpat. Be sure the blueberries don’t touch each other to avoid sticking.
  4. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and allow the blueberry bites to freeze for at least an hour, or until they’re fully frozen. Once frozen, transfer them into a freezer bag for long-term storage.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to 2 months.
  • Use coconut yogurt for a vegan-friendly option.
  • For added flavor, try drizzling with dark chocolate before freezing.
  • Try using other fruits like raspberries or strawberries for different flavor variations.
