Ingredients

1 cup fresh pineapple, finely diced

1 cup fresh mango, finely diced

1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1-2 jalapeño peppers, seeds removed and finely chopped

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the diced pineapple, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeños.
  2. Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
