The Pineapple Breeze is a refreshing tropical cocktail blending smooth coconut, juicy pineapple, and fizzy Sprite, complemented by Malibu Rum and fresh citrus juices for a perfect island-inspired drink.

Ingredients

2 oz Malibu Rum

1 oz Cream of Coconut

2 oz Pineapple Juice

2 oz Orange Juice

6 oz Sprite

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Malibu Rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and orange juice.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
  5. Top with Sprite.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, cherry, whipped cream, and toasted coconut if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.

  • Substitute Malibu Rum with flavored rum like pineapple or mango for a different twist.
  • Use sparkling water or lemon-lime soda instead of Sprite for a less sweet option.
