Pina Colada Fluff is a tropical, no-bake dessert salad that combines pineapple, coconut, and rum extract for a refreshing, creamy, and fluffy treat perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix (1 box)

20 oz crushed pineapple (1 can – do not drain)

8 oz Cool Whip (1 container – thawed)

1 tsp rum extract

2 cups miniature marshmallows

1 cup shredded sweetened coconut

1/2 cup chopped nuts (your favorite)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the vanilla instant pudding mix and the entire can of crushed pineapple. Stir until fully mixed.
  2. Fold in the Cool Whip, rum extract, miniature marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts.
  3. Once everything is well combined, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • If you prefer a more intense coconut flavor, you can increase the amount of shredded coconut or use unsweetened coconut for a less sweet taste.
