Ingredients

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

¼ cup milk (adjust for consistency)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare the Oreo Pancake Batter:

    • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

    • In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

    • Gently fold in the crushed Oreos.

  • Cook the Pancakes:

    • Heat a lightly greased griddle or skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet.
