Ingredients

  • 1 lb rotini pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 lb sausage (Italian or smoked), sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions
