  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Cook the Chicken:

  • Add chicken strips, season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Remove the chicken and set aside.

2. Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add butter and let it melt.

3. Cook the Noodles:

  • Add egg noodles to the skillet, ensuring they are submerged in the liquid.
  • Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Notes

  • For a cheesier version, add grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Swap chicken breasts for chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
  • Add vegetables like spinach, peas, or mushrooms for a nutritional boost.
  • Adjust spiciness by adding extra red pepper flakes or hot sauce.
