These easy, bite-sized treats require no oven and are ideal for parties, snacks, or whenever you need a sweet, satisfying dessert. Customize them with your favorite toppings like chocolate, nuts, or sprinkles for extra flavor!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup crushed peanuts (or other toppings like chocolate chips, shredded coconut, or sprinkles)
  • Optional: Melted chocolate or white chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

  • Mix the Ingredients – In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract, mixing until combined. Gradually incorporate powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth and slightly firm.
  • Chill the Dough – Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
  • Form the Balls – Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls between your palms. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Add Coatings – Roll each ball in crushed peanuts, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, or sprinkles. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
  • Final Chill – Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow them to set.

Notes

  • If the mixture is too soft, add extra powdered sugar or chill longer.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
  • Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture or natural peanut butter (well-stirred) for a softer version.
  • Try rolling them in graham cracker crumbs for a cheesecake-like crust flavor.
