This No-Bake Oreo Dessert is a delightful, layered treat featuring a crunchy Oreo crust, a smooth cream cheese layer, rich chocolate pudding, and a fluffy whipped topping. Perfect for warm days when you want a sweet indulgence without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

36 Oreo cookies (about 1 family-sized package)

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1 cup powdered sugar

8 ounces whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed and divided

2 (3.9-ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix

3 cups cold milk (whole or 2% works best)

1012 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

¼ cup crushed Oreos for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush 36 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined and press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate while preparing the next layer.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until well combined. Fold in 1 cup of the whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled Oreo crust.
  6. In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes. Let sit for 3–5 minutes to thicken.
  7. Stir in chopped Oreos and spread this mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
  9. Sprinkle with the crushed Oreos for garnish.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
