This No-Bake Chocolate Eclair Cake is the perfect dessert for any occasion. With layers of creamy vanilla pudding, graham crackers, and rich chocolate frosting, this easy-to-make treat is a no-fuss recipe that tastes just like a chocolate eclair. Ingredients

2 (3.5 oz) packages of instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (8 oz) container of whipped topping (COOL WHIP), thawed

3 cups milk

2 sleeves graham cracker squares

1 (16 oz) tub chocolate frosting

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix, milk, and thawed whipped topping until smooth.

  • In a 9x13-inch baking dish, arrange a single layer of graham cracker squares to cover the bottom of the dish.

  • Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.

  • Layer another set of graham crackers over the pudding mixture.

  • Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.

  • Top with one final layer of graham crackers.

  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow the pudding to set.

  • Microwave the chocolate frosting for 15 seconds to soften it, then stir until it’s smooth and spreadable.

  • Remove the plastic wrap and spread the softened chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.

  • Cover with plastic wrap again and refrigerate overnight to allow the dessert to fully set.

  • Slice, serve, and enjoy!
