Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) package vanilla wafers
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line mini muffin tins with paper liners.
  • Create the Crust: Place one vanilla wafer at the bottom of each liner.
