Lemon Pepper Chicken is a flavorful, easy-to-make dish featuring tender chicken breasts seasoned with a tangy lemon pepper blend and served with a luscious lemon garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is golden brown.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  6. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  7. Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and lemon pepper seasoning.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
  9. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors.
  10. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
