Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
  • 1 large head broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven – Set to 375°F (190°C).
  • Steam Broccoli – Cook florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Mix Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Prepare Sauce – In a separate bowl, whisk heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine & Transfer – Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and broccoli, stir, and transfer to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake – Cook for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Cool & Serve – Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
