These Honey & Mustard Cocktail Sausages are a delicious combination of sweet honey and tangy wholegrain mustard. Ingredients

  • 270 g beef cocktail sausages (18 sausages)
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 ½ tbsp runny honey
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan)/350°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the wholegrain mustard, runny honey, and sea salt to create the glaze.
  • Place the cocktail sausages in a baking dish and pour the glaze over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sausages are golden and sticky.
