1 glass of soy milk or almond milk

1 dessert spoon vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 170°C (338°F).
  2. In a bowl, sift together the oat flour and baking powder.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Alternatively, microwave the batter at maximum power for 2 minutes. Adjust the time based on your microwave's power.
  8. Once baked, allow the brownie to cool before serving.
