These sliders are a fun twist on traditional corned beef and cabbage! Slow-cooked in Guinness for rich flavor, the corned beef is paired with creamy coleslaw and served on soft slider rolls—making them a perfect party appetizer or easy meal.

Ingredients

For the corned beef:

  • 1 pint Guinness soda
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large onion, peeled and sliced into thick rounds
  • 3 lb. corned beef brisket with spice packet

For the sliders:

  • 12 oz organic coleslaw blend or shredded cabbage
  • 12 slider rolls (gluten-free or regular)
  • Whole grain mustard or horseradish (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Slow Cooker:

  • In a slow cooker, combine Guinness, water, brown sugar, and onion.

2️⃣ Cook the Corned Beef:

  • Add the corned beef along with its spice packet.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours until tender.

3️⃣ Rest and Slice:

  • Remove the corned beef and let it rest before slicing thinly.
