Ingredients

  • 1 gluten-free baguette or artisan-style bread
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • ¼ cup pesto (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional Garnishes: cherry tomatoes, balsamic glaze, pine nuts, microgreens

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven – Set to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the Bread – Cut the gluten-free baguette into thin slices.
  • Toast the Bread – Brush with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Spread the Goat Cheese – Once slightly cooled, spread goat cheese over each slice.
  • Add Pesto – Spoon a small amount of pesto on top.
  • Garnish (Optional) – Add cherry tomatoes, balsamic glaze, or pine nuts for extra flavor.
