2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Mix the cooled beef with shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Roll out the biscuit or pizza dough and cut into 3-inch squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture onto each dough square.
  6. Fold and pinch the dough to seal, forming a smooth ball.
  7. Arrange the balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each dough ball.
  9. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and parsley.
  10. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

  • Cheese Swap: You can experiment with different cheeses like mozzarella, Swiss, or provolone for a different flavor profile.
  • Spicy Version: Add a little heat by incorporating jalapeños or hot sauce into the beef mixture.
  • Veggie Option: For a meat-free variation, try using seasoned sautéed mushrooms or plant-based meat alternatives.
  • Herb-Infused Dough: Add a bit of dried oregano, basil, or thyme to the dough for extra flavor.
  • Storage: Store leftover Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
  • Reheating: To reheat, place the bombs on a baking sheet and warm in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 5-7 minutes, or until heated through. You can also microwave them for about 30 seconds, but the oven will keep the crust crispy.
