1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 package cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup pesto sauce
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
Sear the steak bites in batches until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Reduce skillet heat to medium, add butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Return steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter. Keep warm.
Meanwhile, cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In another pan, combine heavy cream and pesto over medium heat; cook until slightly thickened.
Add cooked tortellini and Parmesan to the pesto Alfredo sauce, gently tossing to coat.
Plate tortellini and top with garlic butter steak bites.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
Swap sirloin with ribeye, filet mignon, or even chicken if preferred.
Add spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; reheat gently in a skillet.
Use frozen tortellini if fresh isn't available — just follow package cooking directions.
For a keto-friendly option, replace tortellini with roasted vegetables.
