1½ lbs steak bites (sirloin or ribeye, cut into 1-inch cubes)
3 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp butter
2 cups heavy cream
1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated for best results)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Cook the Tortellini: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
