Ingredients

For the Scallops:

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Prepare the Scallops:

    • If using frozen scallops, thaw them completely and pat dry.
    • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

    • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
