1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Cook the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain any excess grease.

  • Stir in the uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

  • Transfer the mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.

  • Bake for 1 hour.

  • Remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Cheese Options: Swap cheddar cheese for mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or a cheese blend for different flavors.

  • Vegetables: Add diced bell peppers, mushrooms, or frozen peas for extra nutrition.

  • Spice it Up: Include a pinch of cayenne or red pepper flakes for some heat.
