Ingredients

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 lemon, juiced

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 oz spaghetti

½ cup pasta water

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.

  • Cook the Garlic: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
