Easter Dirt Cake Casserole is a no-bake dessert featuring layers of crushed Oreos, a creamy vanilla pudding and cream cheese mixture, and a festive topping of pastel candies and mini Oreos. Perfect for spring gatherings, this indulgent treat is easy to make and always a hit at Easter celebrations.

Ingredients

1 package (14 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

¼ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

1 cup pastel-colored candy-coated chocolates (e.g., M&M’s)

½ cup mini Oreo cookies (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo Crust: Crush the Oreos in a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin. Set aside ½ cup of the crushed Oreos for the topping. Spread the remaining crushed Oreos evenly in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, softened butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until fully combined.
  3. Prepare the Pudding Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 5 minutes. Gently fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  4. Assemble the Layers: Spread the cream cheese pudding mixture evenly over the Oreo crust in the baking dish. Sprinkle the reserved crushed Oreos over the top.
  5. Decorate and Chill: Garnish with mini Oreos and pastel-colored candy-coated chocolates. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
